Pfizer Internal Medicine Academy — Reinforcement Microlearning
Challenge
Pfizer’s Internal Medicine Academy needed an agile, engaging way to reinforce critical updates and training for their pharmaceutical sales team—especially in a fast-evolving regulatory landscape. Traditional training formats weren’t well-suited for field reps who are always on the go. The goal: create bite-sized, mobile-friendly content that was both compliant and immediately actionable.
Solution
I designed a series of reinforcement microlearnings tailored for Pfizer’s field force, focused on timely topics such as regulatory updates, product positioning, and access changes. These modules were mobile- and tablet-optimized, making it easy for reps to learn and review on the road. Each asset was strategically aligned to the larger sales curriculum to support continuous learning and field readiness.
