Meta’s business education team needed to create clear, scalable learning content to help small-to-medium businesses (SMBs) and marketing agencies confidently use Meta’s suite of tools—Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, and more. With limited time and varying digital fluency among audiences, the content had to be concise, visually clear, and accessible across formats.

Meta Blueprint — Scalable Learning for SMBs and Agencies

Solution
I designed and produced two targeted learning experiences under Meta Blueprint:

  1. Blueprint How-To Video Series
    A suite of instructional videos designed to teach SMBs how to grow their business using Meta’s advertising tools. These videos simplified key actions—from setting up a Business Manager to optimizing ad performance—through motion graphics, step-by-step visuals, and voiceover guidance.

  2. Solutions Page for Agencies: Business Portfolio Setup
    A content-rich web experience built to help marketing agencies onboard new clients faster. The page walks users through best practices for organizing ad accounts, managing assets, and maintaining client privacy and access across Meta’s platforms. Clear UX and task-based copy ensured agencies could act quickly with minimal confusion.

My Role & Tools

  • Instructional designer and content strategist across both projects

  • Tools used: Figma, Camtasia, Illustrator, Meta CMS, Frame.io

  • Wrote instructional copy, created storyboards, coordinated with visual designers and product SMEs

  • Ensured content aligned with Meta’s voice, accessibility standards, and localization requirements
